Close your eyes you are crawling into s l e e p I sware I wont break you if you let me take you where the willows never w e e p... Fell is a very well developed creature. Her stature was of normal size for a female wolf. She was battle hardend, tough skin bore several scars of which he coat would not grow. Her double coat, given to her by her father, gifted her extra protection from the elements. Tooth and claw, experiance tools of her trade. She knew the taste of blood. She new the scent of massacre. She lived the sense of the kill. She was given names though her short ages that would not mislead you where her sanity lies. Her nose to the ground she inhaled a deep breath of the smells the land had to offer. Like mist wafting from early morning grasses, the smells were vibrant and full of tales to tell. Yes. Her thoughts told this her and nothing more. One more step foward she would then place her ass on the ground. The dull roar of a forest's silence was at the same time deafening and competly quiet at the same time. The low hum of the buzzing of insects... dragonflies, grasshoppers, flies, crickets, gnats. The chirping and occasional scream of the birds... bluejay, redtail, raven, finch. The cracking and nibbling of hard foods from the forest creatures... rabbit, squirl, chipmonk, opossum. The rushing of some distant rapid. The crazy white water world churning through the weathering rocks that remained while all the rest became smoothed out in the thousand of years the creek passed through. The cool dirt, damp underpaw was conforting. It was a mild day, the sun's blue domain was speckled with the occasional puffy cloud that dragged large, usually unoticeable, shadows through the valley. She sat in the shade of a sheltering tree where the lazy branches hung low to the ground. The sun that did pass though the leaves left her dark coat multi-colored. Her mouth was not dry. In fact she was quite content in her mood, thirst, and hunger. A rather plump rabbit was her latest meal. There may have been a bit of blood still clinging to her muzzle. The raven's knew. They watched her. The raven's attraction to blood and rotting carcasses insisted that they follow her for there were sure to be a meal. Orange eyes blazed wildly from her black face. Her signature. Like Halloween the contrast was sigificant. She quietly watched the field infront of her, and after the field is the lake clealy visable where she sat. She scanned, ever searching for any movement. A visable sign of life that was not from roadent or fowl. Samhain blood lives. Unfortunatly it went stagnant and although she was calm she was growing restless. Not a day goes by where she thinks some sort of any. Searing lonliness and burning hatred for those who left her for dead grows more and more strength the longer she bides her time. She wishes to bide no more time. She wants to rip open the throats of the blood traitors. Terror has found you.

A howl, soft pithed yet strong in voice rolled out of the forest's soft hum, nearly silencing it completely. It echoed back to waiting ears, but that was all it was ment to do. The call was ment for no one, but should a soul reply it would be a benifit to her. Siri was enjoying the early moments of her prime, but that had also cost her dearly...
A rich full coat of white-grey fur covered a slim and strong body built for speed more over strength, flawless still but she was still quite young. Still, it had been her dangerously sharp mind and aluring power behind her ice blue eyes was the reasoning for her exile. Banished from her birth pack as soon as she was of age, she had formed a pack of lone wolves and lead them in an uprising against a pack. They had won too... for a time before the pack returned with greater forces.
Her pack now long disbanded and gone, Siri was now back to where she started. Former glory tasted bitter, but given the chance she would do it again.
A faint scent wafted threw the dampness of life, perking her ears up. This being common gorunds ment that she had every right to be here. Why not take a risk and cure lonliness. Upon swift paws they carried her like a silent ghost through the trees

Fell developed a twitch in her right ear that lasted a few minutes. Now, thoroughly annoyed, her head tilted to one side, she batted her ears and scratched at them until they returned to normal. Laugh. The said within her head.
A long, lazy and wide-mouthed yawn forced her to get up and stretch her limbs. She did not want to cross directly over the field. She was not too found of open areas, but she did not feel like taking the long way around to get to the stream that flowed through on the othe side neither. Well, better get it over with then. Another stretch sent her whole body into a shivver which quickly sent all the hairs up on end and she she started to walk, he coat, though a little shaggy looking, stopped being so fluffy.
She kept her eyes down. She did not care much for her surroundings however much paranoid she might have been. The grass around her ruffed somewhat noisily as she walked. She did not care much for grace and she felt no true need for stealth.
It was not until she had one paw on the bank of the creek that she nosed the smell of another. Quickly she withdrew her paw from the sand and crouched low into the grass. She laid her ears flat, out to the sides of her head to make sure they were not flags of position but still she listened for any sign that the other might be near.
Damn she thought to herself. She just noticed that she left a pawprint in the sand before her. To try to cover it up may give away her place. Lets just hope it is not noticed.

Nothing but the sound of rolling water and the wind running through leaves and grass came to her ears as she finally came to a dead end on her path. No, she could not have mistaken it. There was another soul around here or she couldn't call herself a wolf.
Putting a strong nose to the ground, she slow but strongly. Yes, a scent trail was close. She had been right, and it was only a matter of time till she found them... Eyes darted about, searching for the track as if on the hunt, and indeed she was but not for prey. This was more... a game! yes, a game and she intended to win.
The out of the way paw print caught her eyes and she smiled. The wind had been hiding the full scent from her by blowing the wrong way. "You can come out, I seek no fight or quarrel."

Very irritated, Fell brings her ears back atop her head and slowly rises from the long grass. Reddish black fur collecting heat from the sun. She locked her orange eyes to the one who found her. She did not smile, nor attempt to. She didn't even attempt to drag her body out of the grass. She just simply sat there.
"You seek no fight or quarrel?" Fell repeated in a slow voice. I'm not doing perky, today. She thought to herself. "So, did you enjoy your little game of hide and seek?" She tried to humor. "My skills are getting rusty, appearently."
The low buzz of the grass and creek insects grew louder as she searched for something anything to say or do. But in all predictability, nothing came to her rescue.

"Rusty? I beg to differ, I nearly overlooked you." The grey wolf stood in a relaxed pose, she had no reason to pick a meaningless fight here and now. A waste of energy and injuries could mean missing her next meal and starvation, or being defenceless when a real battle found her.
"And as for game, I need something to amuse myself these days. Bad enough I'm wasting the early days of my prime..." Siri's tongue was loose, but company was rare to come by when you roamed alone.

Fell succumed to a twitch on her left her for a second. She was searching inside of herself for the next step. She just sat there seeming to stare out into space. She was done biding her time she needed action and company. There are too many wolves and just one of her. She at one point decided she was going to be extreamly selective. But now she is taking in even the slightest excuse of prime and fit wolves into concideration.
"Your politeness wasn't expected so excuse me for being frank and to the point." Fell seemed to struggle with the concepts here. "My name is Fell and I am tired of being patient. I know nothing of or about you so I take a leap of faith. My pack is a pack of one, do you wish to join me to make it two?"
Fell struggled with her insides. She surprized herself with how quickly her non-intentions flew out of her muzzle. Nevertheless, the deed was done and she awaited reply.

Siri's expression flicked from that of innocent happiness to that of surprise. To be a member of a pack again? To not fight for a holding? Well that factor was likely to change later, but this was a present decision.
"Would you really have me? A past renegade who formed a pack from the wonderer's and lead an uprising? Wouldn't I be considered a possible threat?" All too often she had thought that even second in command may not satisfy the darkest depths of her mind and heart. It could almost be considered to be greed, but she had always had the welfare of her loyal companions in mind.

Fell hadn't thought of that. Fell knew nothing of the other wolf's past. Too late now, she had already asked the question and she wasn't going to draw back.
Fell went from looking at Siri to the ground. A quick glance up then back to the ground again. Quiet breath and a small silence. Then she spoke, calmly but dark. She had a sinister tone to her voice as if she was weaving a spell into her words. "Take in Samhain's name and my loyalty will never break." Her orange eyes lifted her muzzle to stare into Siri's own Green eyes. "Betray Samhain's name and I will haunt you into dark maddness."
Fell drew in a deep breath and let it out just the same. "But I stick to my word. The opportunity still stands." Fell was unsure how to act now. Her mood swings went from irritated, to patient, to withdrawn. She hopes she had not just swung the fate of Samhain in a bad favor.

A shady past seemed nothing, but back then she had held no loyalties other then to those who followed her. A common goal might add some purpose to a life of endless solitude and bordom. If anything she would work well as a soldier with her keen mind or peace keeper with her wise tongue.
"I accept, I swear my loyalty to Samhain." her voice was strong, not a tinge of second thought or hestitation. Siri had thought this through, and she really did not have much reson to refuse the offer.

Fell was slightly surprised by the straight-foward reply. Usually she has been getting long stories of survival and revenge for reasons of even considering. Fell decided once Siri had admitted commiting mutany to her old alpha that she was going to keep a very close on her. She is working much too hard toward her goal to be taken down from the inside.
"The first step is trust, in that I will need your name. Otherwise I would be subjected to yelling random callings until I find the right one and looking stupid in the process." Fell meant to be a funny comment but when it came out it didn't quite sound like one. She almost even slipped the word 'insult' instead of 'callings.' Fell smiled at the thought of what that outcome might of turned out to be. "Also, the packlands are not hard to find. At the base of the tallest mountain that betrayed by puphood home resides the Deadwood Forest and beyond that, Obsidian Caverns."

Giving a loud bark in laughter, she gave her reply simply and to the point. "I am Siri, short and simple and have not been known by any other title." Her new Alpha need not know from where she had come, for she would never return there.
"I think I shall take a gander to my new home..."

Fell watched this wolf with question. "Very well then." A small breeze ripples the grass around them. Fell stood and stretched. A sigh started her off toward the creek where she stopped.
"When you're in trouble don't be afraid to swallow your pride and howl for the Samhain. I will kill for you and I hope you will do the same for your brethren." She finishes and continues on her path toward the creek where she then crosses it and dissapears into the grass on the other side.
